Pamper Yourself with Dr Stuart's

Peppermint Cooler

Place 8 Dr Stuart's Peppermint tea bags into a large heatproof jug and add 600mL of very hot water. Allow to steep until the liquid is cold, then remove the tea bags.

Add 300mL of chilled apple juice and 300mL of lemonade. Mix with ice cubes. Serve with halved strawberries and sliced apple, and mint leaves to garnish.

Extravagant Milk Bath

Place 4 Dr Stuart's Chamomile tea bags and 3 tablespoons of powdered whole milk in a fine cheesecloth or muslin bath bag. Place the bag into the bathwater or tie to the bath spout and let the bathwater run over the bag whilst filling the bath.

Peppermint Foot Relief

Place 2 Dr Stuart's Peppermint tea bags into a saucepan of 600mL of water. Bring to the boil, then allow to cool to your required temperature. Add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and stir. Soak feet for at least 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes. Use to refresh tired, dry feet.
